Since joining Miletich PC in 2017, Jennifer Sauvage has practiced primarily in the areas of employment law, civil rights issues, and general civil litigation. She frequently defends public and private employers against claims alleging violations of various federal and state employment laws. She also advises employers on personnel policies, employment contracts, potential disciplinary actions, and separation agreements, among other things. Prior to joining Miletich PC, Ms. Sauvage served as a law clerk for the Honorable Shelley I. Gilman and the Honorable Karen L. Brody of the Second Judicial District of the State of Colorado. She clerked in both civil and criminal divisions. Ms. Sauvage attended law school at the University of Colorado. Prior to law school, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina.
